We act as your attorney for the whole 3 or 5 year period and the agreed amount will cover all basic services during this term.

  • Chapter 13 cases requires an initial retainer fee of $150, with the balance of $850 to be fully settled before the Chapter 13 Petition is filed with the Bankruptcy Court.
